Hosting and server log files

This website runs on servers of netcup GmbH (Daimlerstraße 25, 76185 Karlsruhe, Germany) located in Austria. When you access the website, the server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time of access, requested page, referrer URL and browser and operating system information.

This data is used solely to operate the website securely and reliably and is not combined with other data sources. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Contact and quote form, email

If you contact us via the contact or quote form or by email, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, company, email address, phone number, message and headcount details) to answer your request and, where applicable, prepare a quote. You receive a confirmation email at the address you provided.

The request is sent by email via the mail server of easyname GmbH (Vienna, Austria). To prevent abuse, your IP address is processed briefly (15 minutes) in memory and is not stored permanently.

The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in answering requests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep your request as long as needed to handle it, and beyond that only where statutory retention obligations apply.

Cookies and local storage

We only use technically necessary storage: the cookie “NEXT_LOCALE” remembers your chosen language (stored for one year), and your browser's local storage (“theme”) keeps your chosen appearance (light/dark). This data does not leave your device for analytics. The legal basis is § 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

No analytics or tracking

We do not use any analytics, tracking or advertising services. Fonts are served from our own server; no connection is made to servers of Google or other third parties.

External links

This website contains links to external services (e.g. AUVA, the Austrian Ministry of Social Affairs, Apple App Store, Google Play). Data is only transferred to the respective provider once you click such a link; that provider alone is responsible for its data processing.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Please contact office@arbeitsmediziner.wien to exercise them.
